Workflow listing - Deprecated workflows show up in the Ongoing list

These are already listed in the Deprecated list, so should not be listed in Ongoing.

yes, as testing, there is bugs in PROD about the ongoing states filter. But this issue will be resolved by umccr/orcabus#940, in this PR, we define the termination_statuses = ["FAILED", "ABORTED", "SUCCEEDED", "RESOLVED", "DEPRECATED"]. Any state that not terminate will be listed in 'on_going'.

We can keep it open for now, and after next orcabus release, I will test again.

It shouldn't make any difference from what time the runs are. Or are you saying they shouldn't be Deprecated in the first place?
