Monitoring systems, OpenCast, and other APIs will use the hostname of the lecture capture box to identify the machine. Having a random meaningless name in the machine will make it very difficult to identify in monitoring systems or others if something fails, an alarm raises, etc.

Rethink the way we can do machine naming so it's base in the location where it's going to sit.
