New css color-scheme:dark

Maybe reported directly in chromium bug tracker - no checked too github discussions or oldie topic about dark theme to found this glitch (only 40 issues who are open or closed in that year).
Maybe guilty is Intel driver for integrated graphic card.
Then leave open for only other lazy users.

Steps to Reproduce
- use lastest dev uBO in Chromium Browser
- try enable dark mode
- try block something with element picker
- page now will dark with rare red square/rectange
Expected behavior
Possible view page without dark fog

Dark fog due chromium enforce dark background for html
