A handful of nice-to-have upgrades:

  • TypeScript 3.9 -> 4.1 (which, among other things, gives us named tuple args)
  • ESLint 6 -> 7 (automatic extension detection)
  • @glimmer/syntax and @glimmerx packages (we can finally turn skipLibCheck off!)
