[FEATURE REQ] Re-add "3d for who" option

Rewriting this here because you told me so. I love the mod but i particularly don't like how my skin looks in the mod. I'm requesting to add (re-add?) the option to disable the 3d skin layer feature to some players' skins, while keeping it to other players' skins.
