Abstract

Remove DispatchTrigger.yaml workflow from repo.

Background

DispatchTrigger.yaml was add for checking context gamma planner build test.

Details

Now, we are planning to integrate context gamma planner into this repository with refactoring.
So, this workflow no longer necessary.
