Requirement diagrams' default setting

Currently when I import a Requirement dialog, id and text of requirements are not shown. I fixed the issue but I could not push the fix since it seems that I have no rights to push.

Please add the following line after line 1573 in the MTIPImportFunctions.cs.

                relationshipDiagram.ExtendedStyle += "ShowTags=1;";
