inventory_hostname vs. ansible_hostname

I noticed some issues with ansible_hostname.

ansible_hostname is used in a sort of hackish way to find out the "first" master node to some things e.g. adding server cmdline parameter.

On my setup ansible_hostname shows the hostnames (which are not part of a DNS - just names without any meaning).

I suggest changing it to inventory_hostname as this resolves to the IPs.

(or make the master[0] node less hardcoded as it is at the moment).
