Decryption of messages are not working properly

Contexte

• Cross-signing Support has been released since 11/08/22
• Cross-signing for the following user has NOT been activated
• Device for the following user has been verified

Problem

1. User goes to tchap-web-v4 : https://app-v4.prod.tchap.incubateur.net/
2. User is authenticated automatically since he has not logged out from his session before
3. User cannot see his messages as the client cannot decrypt the messages

NOTE :
There is chance that those encrypted messages were sent with the current client tchap-web-v2 : tchap.gouv.fr and tchap-web-v4 is not able to decrypt the messages

Temporary fix

To fix the issue :

1. The user opens tchap-web-v4 and Re-request encryption keys from your other sessions. on the room where the messages are encrypted
2. The user opens tchap-web-v2 and goes on the same room where the messages are encrypted (but here these message are decrypted)
3. The messages are tchap-web-v4 are decypted automatically (maybe there is a need of refresh)

Closing this issue as this scenario was happening in v2 (there is no v2 anymore in prod)
