Tunneling display

If it's of interest to the authors of the repository, I would be interested in either adding a short demo or some extra information in the README to show people how to tunnel localhost to a public URL with something like ngrok; this way, people running display on a remote shell (without access to a browser or X11 forwarding) can still view updates live.

On second thought, if such a feature already exists, it would be great to see more documentation on this?

You can forward the port through ssh.
Example, the display server is running on port 8888 on the remote server, then you ssh with:
ssh -L 8000:localhost:8888 user@example.com

Then you can access the display server on your local server on port 8000.
