[phpunit] why recipe contains bin/phpunit?

THe phpunit recipe was recently updated, but still contains the bin/phpunit file.

As the recipe is for phpunit 11+ (Which also means php8.3+) and since the symfony/test-pack removed the installation of symfony/phpunit-bride (symfony/test-pack#24) is there a reason why this file still exists and part of the phpunit's and not the bridge's recipe?

I think we should deprecate this bin/phpunit in favor of using vendor/bin/phpunit directly, which is the native way of using phpunit when installed with Composer (and will also work on windows, thanks to PHPUnit handling the necessary proxy file)

We could maybe also add support for composer test now that we have the composer-commands configurator?
