Better test buttons

I find it somewhat annoying that everytime i want to debug a test, i need to double click then choose the "debug" button.

Something like rust has:

Accepting the current implementation and moving on.

Does the rust extension also have the test run button (and test result icon after a run) in the gutter?

You mean behind the line numbers? You need to enable it (it == the whole test explorer) via a setting, then the answer would be a yes.

I think this would be nice to have, but available through a setting and turned off by default.

Should it be turned off by default though? I feel like it'll help those that come from Xcode a lot.
It took me a bit to realize how i need to debug a test with VSCode. Those lenses will certainly help.
