Why?

Release GA support for V2. This is the master-branch analog of #2008

What?

  • Adds Go V2 support

Changelog

  • Add first-class Go V2 support: V2 resources, services, events, and errors.

Do you have a parallel codegen PR? I would've let automation make these changes.

Good question! The codegen PR has lots of unrelated changes to gate in V2 features to master. I broke out the comment-only changes to make the full stripe-go PR #2024 more readable.
