Installed succesfully but not visible

When i try to install i got a compatibility problem with numpy that tells me this
ERROR: pip's dependency resolver does not currently take into account all the packages that are installed. This behaviour is the source of the following dependency conflicts. numba 0.56.4 requires numpy<1.24,>=1.18, but you have numpy 1.24.2 which is incompatible. Successfully installed numpy-1.24.2 pillow-9.4.0 pybind11-2.10.4 pyopengl-3.1.6 pyopengl-accelerate-3.1.6 pypangolin-0.8
I've tried to install a compatible version but it uses always 1.24.2
