xattr makes the app unopenable

🐛 Describe the bug

when installing openutau, i get an error saying that the application is damaged. i run xattr -rc /Applications/OpenUtau.app (as the repo says if the error shows up) but now it wont open. the error is gone, but it just straight up wont open the app. the dock moves ever so slightly but moves back to its original position after a split second, implying that the app is opening, but then closing right after. ive tried running the command as root, but to no avail.

Explains how to reproduce the bug

1. install openutau as normal
2. receive "app is damaged" error
3. run xattr -rc /Applications/OpenUtau.app
4. app wont open

What version of OpenUtau are you attempting to run? 0.1.549 and above require the .Net 8 Runtime to be installed.
