Upgrades the GitHub App Token action to version 2 for enhanced functionality and security.
Implements a new "Updated At" input field in the event editor to track the last update date. Enhances the validation logic to ensure the update date is not earlier than the event start date. Updates the state management to handle the new "Updated At" value.
