coming problem for pip users: dead intervaltree-3.1.0 is not provided as a wheel

Hi,

Trying to upgrade my stack, I notice that with latest pip, a stronger message against source package using setup.py is sent.

  DEPRECATION: Building 'intervaltree' using the legacy setup.py bdist_wheel mechanism, which will be removed in a future version. pip 25.3 will enforce this behaviour change. A possible replacement is to use the standardized build interface by setting the `--use-pep517` option, (possibly combined with `--no-build-isolation`), or adding a `pyproject.toml` file to the source tree of 'intervaltree'. Hey @stonebig, this is an upstream problem which seems that will be solved soon because one of its maintainers opened a pull request to use pyproject.toml instead of setup.py: chaimleib/intervaltree#146

Since we can't do anything about it, please ask them to merge that PR and publish a wheel.
