Issues in docker deployment

I followed the steps to deploy on docker, but gave me a warning when I started doing web operations
WARNING: This is a development server. Do not use it in a production deployment. Use a production WSGI server instead.
and I can open the port, but the web page won't open, showing localhost hasn't sent any data

Is it similar to this issue by any chance? For me it fixed the issue, but it is a mere workaround: #2003
