Description of PR

Summary:
This PR is to support generating golden_config_db.json for LT2.
Changes include

  1. Remove 100Gb link from SUPPORTED_PORT_SPEED
  2. Add support for LT2 topology

Type of change

Approach

What is the motivation for this PR?

This PR is to support generating golden_config_db.json for LT2.

How did you do it?

Update ansible/library/generate_golden_config_db.py

How did you verify/test it?

The change is verified by running deploy-mg on a LT2 topo. The correct configuration is generated.

Any platform specific information?

No.

Supported testbed topology if it's a new test case?

Not a new test.
