Applying 4k vlan configuration is taking more than hour 

1.Configure 2-4094 vlans 
2.Add two ports as tagged member of those vlan
3.Now save run reboot
4.It will take one hour to forward traffic to all the vlans (traffic starts forwarding incrimemntally)
5. In hardware table also i observed  vlan and vlan member installation completes after an hour.

Note:configuring through cli it takes more than an hour
