What is `budgie_please_link_me_libtool_i_have_great_themes()` ?

I found this interesting budgie-greeter. This is very good 👍
But I cannot build from source. :(

Its an old artefact. Note this project is in the solus-cold-storage repository as we're not actively working on this or supporting it, the codebase is archived. Note the greeter is not complete nor does it work, so there is no point in building it :)
