Remove public exposure of passwords

Can this be reworked https://github.com/solid/web-access-control-tests/blob/6d5b15f8a4020dc554c16d15270a74f73fc37f10/run-against-ess.sh#L7-L11 so that information that's potentially intended to be authoritative is not risked by being manipulated due to public access?
