overshootClamping is breaking for small changes in withSpring

check my comment here, this PR introduced a bug with withSpring.

Steps to reproduce

try to do withSpring for a value that start from 1000 and goes to 900 with overshootClamping true.

it will fail and terminate immediately and won't go to 900.

Thanks for reporting this issue @sharifhh, we were recently looking into the issue but haven't yet pinpointed the problem until now.

The PR that you linked reporting the regression was fixing inconsistent coordinate system - I overlooked that the logic was redundant with overshootClamping. I will made an according fix. I don't think that reverting that change will work properly, since the calculations expect coherent coordinates.
