Using a supported version?

• I have searched searched open and closed issues for duplicates.
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Overall summary

When highlighting the jellyfish emoji, and possibly other emojis, on Signal Desktop for Linux, a superimposed image of the Unicode emoji appears.

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to any chat
2. Send the jellyfish emoji (I don't know if it works with other emojis)
3. Highlight the emoji

Expected result

A normally highlighted emoji.

Actual result

The unicode standard emoji appears superimposed over the highlighted signal emoji.
