yarn lint-prettier should not lint release/ directory

• I have searched open and closed issues for duplicates
• I am using Signal-Desktop as provided by the Signal team, not a 3rd-party package.

Bug Description

yarn lint lints release/ directory (which is unnecessary) and fails (which is confusing if you ran yarn build beforehand and trying to do yarn ready check)

Steps to Reproduce

1. yarn install
2. yarn build
3. yarn lint-prettier
