Virtual Camera is not recognized

Bug Description

Doesn't recognize virtual camera.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Signal
2. Click a contact and then the video camera icon
3. Click settings and then choose video

Actual Result:

Only my physical camera is recognized

Expected Result:

Also recognize the virtual camera

Can you double-check that your virtual camera is recognized by some software other than Teams? For instance does it work on Jitsi (https://meet.jit.si/)?

Jitsi doesnt see the cam either. But I can check via v4l-utils that its there:

v4l2-ctl --list-devices

Output:

Dummy video device (0x0000) (platform:v4l2loopback-000):

	/dev/video1
	/dev/video2

Sure, but it's hard to consider it a bug from Signal if your web browser doesn't see it either. It could just be some weird workaround from Teams. Feel free to open a thread on the forum.
