We want to use platformio with a new version of marlin alongside the appropriate config and pins assignment for a Tenlog Tl-d3pro with Tmc2208 Independent Dual Extruder 3d Printer which uses a HC32F460 controller

i'd be happy to provide some help, but i can't add support for you - no matter the payment.
since i don't have physical access to the printer, all i can do is to look at previous work and "translate" that to the current Marlin version & HC32 HAL.
theoretically, most of the work should've already been done, only thing missing is the configuration files and pin definitions.

note that, if you should go forward with flashing marlin, you should probably consider using the upstream repo, since this is just my personal fork for development.

that beign said, here's what i found:

first off, it seems like some people got klipper running on the TL D3 pro (see https://github.com/audiobrian/tld3pro_klipper/tree/master/32bit_board)
that's great, since their config files contain a lot of the pin definitions we need for marlin.
and since they're posting them, i'm fairly confident that they actually work.

additionally, i found the source code repo for - what i assume - is the 32-bit version of the TL D3 pro (see https://github.com/tenlog/TL-D3V2).
or maybe its for a entirely different printer, i don't know.
all i know is that the repo https://github.com/tenlog/TL-D3 is not the right one, it's a stone-old version of Marlin (probably 1.x) for some 8-bit mcu.

for a first test, apply the values set in the pins.h to one of the HC32F4 mainboard pin headers in Marlin (under Marlin/src/pins/hc32f4).
note that you cannot just copy them over, you have to do it manually (and maybe try to understand what they do).
if there's any values in the pin file included with marlin that are not defined here, comment them out or set them to -1.

then, do the same for Configuration.h (minus the commenting out part).
what i've provided here is just my best guess for a basic configuration where the printer may move, so you'll have to do a lot more work to get further.
but that's for later...

now you can attempt to compile the firmware.
it might work, but probably you'll get some errors.
figure out what causes them, and go from there - again, this isn't something easy.

once compiling works, you'll have a firmware.bin file ready for flashing to the printer.

before doing any of this, i'd recommend you to try and update the firmware the way the manufacturer indended.
figure out how the update mechanism works.
is it a file on an sd card, or does the update go over usb?
how can you insert your custom firmware, if at all?
do you have a working firmware that you can go back to in case something goes wrong?

likely the update will be loaded via sd card - at least thats how all other HC32 printers do it.
in that case you're good to go.
the sd card bootloaders generally work reliability and completely bricking the printer is unlikely as long as you have a working firmware.bin.
