Multiple domains change was a breaking change

The change in #5 to rename `CERTBOT_DOMAIN` to `CERTBOT_DOMAINS` broke my existing setup with the following error message after updating: `Error: CERTBOT_DOMAINS environment variable is not set`.

So the logic to stay backwards compatible fails (I guess since the dockerfile sets the environment variables to an empty string by default?).
