Headline in callouts aren't rendered.

Describe the bug
When creating a callout for example:
[!DANGER]+ ### Execution
The headline of the callout isn't rendered bigger as in obsidian but the #s are outputed as text.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Create callout (additionally with code block):
`> [!DANGER]+ ### Execution

....`

Expected behavior
The headline of the callout should be rendered the same way as in obsidian.
