turn on gh-pages deployment

@kne42 it looks like I can't fiddle with repo settings as a collaborator. I don't know whether you can make me an owner of the repo in your account, if not, then maybe we move the repo to the napari org so all three of us can be owners?

In the meantime, we need the gh-pages to be activated in the settings.

@jni im no longer an org owner so you'll need to configure the settings from here

(a) made you and @lagru admin, but (b) gdi, I didn't realise/forgot that now the URL for deployment is napari.github.io ie napari.org, which I don't think we want. 🤦 Why is this so hard 😂
