Refactor Organizers:

Merged Lead/Challenge/Organizing committees into a single "Organizing Committee" (oc: true) in spacerobotics2025.tsx (Lines 998-1008).
Renamed "Scientific Advisory Board" to "Scientific Committee" (sc: true) in spacerobotics2025.tsx (Lines 1010-1017).
Updated corresponding data flags (lo removed, sab -> sc) in gatsby-config.js (Lines 8-265).

Update Content:

Refreshed text for Overview, Call for Papers, and Organizers sections in spacerobotics2025.tsx.
Added a highlighted submission announcement to the "Call for Papers" section (Lines 874-886).
