Docker image 2.4 contains wyoming-faster-whisper 2.2

The docker image rhasspy/wyoming-whisper:2.4.0 and rhasspy/wyoming-whisper:latest contains wyoming-faster-whisper 2.2.0 when it should contain 2.4.0.

Inside the image are directories:

/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/faster_whisper-1.0.3.dist-info
/usr/local/lib/python3.9/dist-packages/wyoming_faster_whisper-2.2.0.dist-info

when they should be 1.1.0 and 2.4.0 respectively.

Also, the image layers at https://hub.docker.com/layers/rhasspy/wyoming-whisper/2.4.0/images/sha256-9839f14e96f5ccd9297238c67ff79866177aa04b124bddb9a3977f27e56cb4f5 show 2.2.0 instead of 2.4.0.

Please regenerate the docker image with the newer versions.
