Add support for batching and specifying CPU count

Upon looking at the available interface for Faster Whisper I noticed there are configuration options for setting the number of CPU cores to use.

There is also the ability to batch requests.

Are there plans to expose this configuration to the CLI so that with command line options users can make use of these options?
