Update the azure-sdk-for-go dependency #9

Description
I am facing an issue with a deployment that may be related to the Azure API update token. The deployment fails every time after about 5 minutes.
The corresponding line in the Terraform debug log reads.
Future#WaitForCompletion: the number of retries has been exceeded: StatusCode=200
My hope is that this is a bug in the underlying azure-sdk-for-go and that an update might fix the problem.
I would suggest updating the azure-sdk-for-go dependency to the latest version available.
