Update documentation for how tagged components influence blueprint overrides & defaults

Need to mention in migration guide and the general blueprint page that blueprint overrides and defaults are also tagged now.

In particular for defaults this makes them A LOT more powerful since instead of setting the default for "radius" you set it for "line radius" which is a lot more useful.
