Overview
Inspirited by this tweet claiming it was easy to add custom icons for Android menu items, I spent longer than I hoped figuring it out 😅
This PR adds my findings, in the hopes that it saves other people some time.
Test Plan
No code changes, just view the docs. the added expo config plugin is not automatically shipped or installed with this library, but can be manually copied by people reading the README.md section added in this PR.
