Consider forking dissolve

Currently raptor-cache depends on an unreleased version of dissolve, github:deoxxa/dissolve#eeb806f2bad501548138c8e38d0adcf95d4d1bdb. This makes it impossible to use raptor-cache or any packages that depend on it (like Marko) in environments that restrict access to GitHub and provide only a mirror/proxy of the npm itself.

Please consider forking dissolve into a scoped package that will be distributed by npm and updating your dependency.

Any way this could be considered sometime soon? When deploying to AWS I am getting the following error:

This package also triggers engine errors during npm install.
