[Windows] Cannot run docker containers with nerdctl with administrative rights

After installation of Rancher Desktop, it is not possible to start docker containers with run or compose.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Install Rancher Desktop on Windows 10 with WSL2
2. Start Rancher Desktop and wait for initialization
3. Open command prompt with elevated rights
4. Run nerdctl run hello-world

Result
Docker container not started

Expected behaviour
Default hello-world output from official docker image expected.

Are you running the terminal as an Administrator? I see this issue when running as Administrator, but works fine when running in a non-Administrator terminal.

I run everything as administrator 🙂

You are right, it worked, but I think it should also work with elevated cli.
