Progress bar for image download when quantizing

When converting a model using AI-Hub, it downloads images for use in quantization. It would be useful to be able to see a progress bar for this image download, as there are ~5000 images that get downloaded, and it seems to take a non-trivial amount of time.

I'm specifically referring to the YOLOv8_det and YOLOv11_det conversion to RB3GEN2.
