From 1.1.3, the gradle.properties file is ignore, so there is no QueueIt_kotlinVersion value.

We are not able to reproduce the issue.

The gradle.properties file is not ignored. The file is last updated on 13th July, 2022 for version 1.1.7

By cloning the code from this git repository and putting some loggings, I can see the koltinVersion value:
