Filter by time only shows the date

Running the binder notebook linked on the front page

Description of Issue

• What did you expect to happen?
  When running Example 5 which has times in a column, I expected the filter to allow entry of a time

• What happened instead?
  Dates (without a date picker) were shown

Thanks for the report...this is not supported yet but it seems like a useful enhancement.
