qgrid not showing when jupyter lab is launched by Anaconda Navigator

• Operating System: Mac OS
• Python Version: Python 3.6.5 :: Anaconda, Inc.
• How did you install Qgrid: (conda)

If Jupyter Lab is launched by Anaconda Navigator qgrid is not showing. If launched via environment console using jupyter lab --ip=0.0.0.0 --no-browser all is fine.
