Selecting across characters in TextField doesn't speak in NVDA on Quorum-11

When using the Quorum-11 branch and Windows 10, TextFields respond appropriately to NVDA when using left or right arrow to move the cursor, but it doesn't say anything when using shift left/right arrow to select across multiple characters. This functionality works on previous versions.
