Ah,
3.12still had the shorter "build" name for arm64:https://github.com/python/cpython/actions/runs/13032779142?pr=129443
It had been changed to "build and test" in #125786 for
3.13andmain, but not3.12.This PR does it a little differently, but same end result. I suggest merging just to keep
3.12/3.13/mainin sync to avoid future confusion/conflicts.
