Description of the bug

Scarf seam start Z-height is wrong on layers with support that does not follow same layer height.
The slicer seams to start the scarf at the 'last z-coordinate that it took from the support it was printing. This gives a blob of material. See attached picture.

I am noticing this because Im using a 1mm nozzle and have 1mm layerheights. But I belive the problem is the same on "normal settings"
