First release 🎉

This is the first official release of the protobom Common Expession Language APIs. This release is meant to mark the point where embedding any SBOM/Protobom data into a CEL environment is possible.

With the recent addition of CEL wrappers for all the protobom objects, the code now has the required building blocks and have implemented all conventions in the function names to start adding more convenience functions to the APIs.

We will continue improving the APIs and adding more functions in the next releases.
