Grafana dashboard to use with prometheus.erl

Hi @deadtrickster 

I've managed to install and configure `prometheus.erl` and consume the VM's metrics from `Prometheus`.
But how to display them in `Grafana`? I couldn't find any ready to use Dashboard (or JSON) :-/

Help appreciated.
