Description

Tmax/timeout are set to a hardcoded value instead of drawing from bidderRequest.timeout

The following bid adapters are using hardcoded values for tmax or equivalent:

• Advangelists
• Bluebillywig
• Brightmountain
• Ogury
• Rhythmone

Each of these adapters are free to cap tmax, but should respect tmax's lower than the hardcoded value.
