What does this PR do?
This PR aims to synchronize the Chinese translation documents with the English documentation in the guide.
Changes Made
1.Added previously untranslated files by the community.
2.Corrected outdated content in the current Chinese documentation.
3.Marked the existing Chinese documentation as "under maintenance" and synchronized its English translation.
How to test?
According to the contributor guidelines, the preact-www project was built, and the pages were checked to ensure the usability of the modified parts.
