Cannot add new instrument from Yahoo Finance

Describe the bug
Cannot add new instruments from the Vietnam market (e.g., FPT.VN, MBB.VN). When searching for a symbol, results from Yahoo Finance and historical quotes are still visible, but the OK button does nothing.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'All Securities'
2. Click on 'Add new instrument'
3. Search 'MBB.VN'
4. Select on result from Yahoo Finance
5. Click on Next and see History Quotes
6. Click on Apply and click on OK (nothing happens)

Expected behavior
After click on OK step 6, new instrument is added in securities list.
